The PowerEdge R420 Server supports up to two (2) AC power supplies with 1 + 1 redundancy, auto sensing, and auto-switching capabilities. Power supply wattages are 550W or 350W (for one processor only).

There is also a single cabled 550W power supply option. When installing a second power supply in an existing Server, the wattage must match the first.

All power supplies have been tested and pulled from working machines with our 90-day parts replacement warranty.
